Il corso Basics of Supply Chain é il primo corso APICS relativo alla certificazione CPIM e prevede il rilascio di un diploma al superamento dell’esame finale; tale corso , in quanto introduttivo a tutti i processi caratteristici della Supply Chain, può essere proficuamente utilizzato come percorso formativo a sé stante per una prima ma completa comprensione delle tematiche relative alla gestione delle operations nelle aziende manifatturiere, a fondamento della visione e dei contenuti standard APICS. Il corso è estremamente utile non solo per introdurre a tutte le tematiche ed ai processi che interessano la gestione operativa di un’azienda industriale (dagli ordini cliente fino alla spedizione del prodotto, assando per la produzione, la gestione dei magazzini, le politiche di acquisto e delle scorte) ma anche per la comprensione, predisposizione o realizzazione dell’architettura standard di funzionamento di un sistema ERP di supporto ai processi d’impresa (sistema informativo per la gestione delle risorse aziendali). I destinatari sono tutti coloro che operano o si preparano ad operare a vario livello e funzione in ambiente industriale; in effetti, tutte le figure aziendali, siano esse direttamente coinvolte o meno nella gestione della produzione e/o dei servizi, possono beneficiare dei contenuti che caratterizzano il corso APICS BSCM, grazie all’approccio “trasversale” alle funzioni aziendali con cui i contenuti sono presentati.
Come detto, il corso BSCM introduce i partecipanti in modo strutturato e preciso a tutti gli argomenti del programma APICS CPIM per la certificazione professionale in Production & Inventory Management. Gli argomenti del corso, per macro aree, sono: 1) Introduction to Supply Chain Management; 2) Demand Management; 3) Master Planning; 4) MRP: Material Requirements Planning; 5) Capacity Requirements Planning; 6) PAC: Production Ac tivity Control; 7) Aggregate Inventory Management; 8) Item Inventory Management; 9) Physical Distribution; 10) Purchasing; 11) Lean / JIT: just-in-time manufac turing; 12) Quality System and Total Quality Management; 13) Theory of Constraints (TOC). Partendo dalla tipologia di produzione che l’impresa ha scelto (su commessa, su magazzino, su progetto, su assemblaggio finale, ecc.), vengono analizzati gli impatti sull’organizzazione e sul sistema informativo di supporto per sostenere la strategia aziendale; il forecasting degli ordini cliente, le distinte base, i cicli di lavoro, l’organizzazione ed il controllo del reparto produttivo, l’analisi e risoluzione dei “colli di bottiglia”, la gestione dei magazzini e delle scorte, le politiche di approvvigionamento, le politiche di distribuzione del prodotto/servizio, i temi della qualità e del miglioramento continuo divengono conseguenze della strategia aziendale scelta e condivisa, che è obiettivo del corso inquadrare ed analizzare.

Il corso arà tenuto dall’Ing. Bruno Stefanutti, APICS CPIM MASTER Instructor
Mr. Bruno Stefanutti is founder and CEO of Consept, a consulting, training&education firm sited in Padua (Italy) and APICS International Channel Partner since 2014; he obtained his degree as Electronic Engineer at Padua University in 1991 and, as first job, he worked for Italian Navy as officer responsible for verifying and measuring the electronic equipments installed aboard the new naval units. Later, he was IT manager involved in managing the introduction and implementation of technology solution for fashion industry, working very close to Prada, Burberry’s and Hermes IT department for implementing sales data integration process. Because he understood that the technology solution is nothing without a solid process analysis, he naturally moved to the field of business process reengineering, becoming an expert of processes design and simulation, business requirements and change management, project management. For that reason his company, Consept, is naturally involved in organizational and technological projects, also offering APICS courses on Supply Chain management. Consept was founded on 2007 as affiliated the University of Padua Firm’s Incubator, called Start Cube (www.startcube.it); the professional services offered by Consept are: 1. analysis, measure and improvement of supply chain processes; 2. analysis and consulting about production organization and performances; 3. business requirements formalization (RFP), software selection, project management and change management; 4. management and cost control, profit analysis. In 2012 Mr. Stefanutti wrote a book or WOLKTERS-KLUWER about implementation of ERP systems in SME companies, from business requirements to implementation. He collaborates with the Venice University Ca’ Foscari (Economics Dept.) in a course about standard architecture and organizational impacts of ERP information systems implementation. He obtained the APICS CPIM, CSCP, CLTD certifications and the SCOR-P endorsement and he’s APICS CPIM Master Instructor and APICS Associate Instructor SCOR-P/CSCP/CLTD as well. At the moment, Mr. Stefanutti he’s the only one italian recognized as APICS SCOR instructor, and among the only five europeans allowed for training SCOR.
